Ancient are the two headed cats, though they long since have gone extinct (or so we think), they will always be immortalized at Unconscious Ink.
When Pelham Hughes, a long time fan of [ui] suggested the concept of “A Two-Headed Cat Beast,” I figured I would give it a shot. A few minutes into my preliminary sketches though I decided I wanted to try something new as far as style goes. Since I’ve been heavily working on a strengthening the aesthetic of Anhedonia Blue, I thought why not try to work out a few things I’ve been interested in trying, and there for I created something with no actually line art just the embedded imagery of what once WAS line art. I’m pretty happy with the out come, though, I’m not really 100% sure if any of what I came up with on this inkling could possibly show up in ABlue…. Oh well… only time will tell.

I would have to say that this is my favorite piece you’ve made so far. It made me feel something, and when art can do that.. it’s a damn good thing. This would make a really nice t-shirt design. (Just sayin’.)
