I look time off of working on Anhedonia Blue just to illustrate this post! And here’s why: First off, I have to start by saying VAMPIRE MOVIES SHOULD HAVE BLOOD IN THEM! That being said, I’m sure you can already figure my stand point one wither or not Twilight was a good movie or not. I unfortunately did see the first movie. With all the hype going around it I decided to keep an open mind… I mean, it almost seemed as if we may have had a new Harry Potter on our hands; we didn’t.
Anyway, the other night I watch some pretty dumb horror movie called “Deadline” staring the late Britney Murphy and I got to thinking about what makes me like horror movies. For me good horror movies are few and far between. Obviously the good ones have suspense, the best one have things that scare you either physiologically or physically by making you jump, and the worst ones unfortunately make you fall asleep why a woman is being slaughtered pathetically because of her bad acting. And that’s when I started thinking about the movie Twilight and how the vampires in that movie were nothing like tradition vampires and furthermore how unrealistic the scenario really was (as if fictional creatures could have realistic scenarios). Vampires should kill, and yeah yeah i saw the dumb trio or whatever of mean vampires.. but they were pathetic renditions and they pissed me off.
So as i was thinking about how much of a fuck up the movie Twilight overall I realized how that movie could have been vastly improved: It should have been a Zombie Movie. Why you might ask? No reason in particular; I just like Zombie Movies. :]
This post was basically just the brain child of all that nonsense I just wrote. It look me almost as long as any Anhedonia Blue page has taken me, which surprised me at first but looking back on it it really doesn’t. This post took so long because of the fact that I drew the line art of two characters from a reference picture (some poster i found online) and was really nitpicky because i really wanted to make sure you could for sure tell who they characters were at first glance. Then I hard core experimented with any new photo shop coloring, shading, texturing technique I’ve wanted to try but never wanted to spend time potentially wasting my time on, while working on a deadline for ABlue. So here it is… if I directed the movie series Twilight… my movies would be about Zombies. :]

i havent seen the movies and i actually heard the books are a shitty read for adults. (ya i know they are geared for teens) but i still want to seen the movies just to see what the fuss is about.
Don’t bother, unless you plan to watch it with the sound off to just look at Kristen for a while

You might want to re-download the desktop background. I made a change to it, there was an annoy black like I didn’t notice at first cos i put it together last minute for the post. It’s not there now.

I love the dangling eyeball! And yes, Twilight was shiteous, but you have to remember it’s more like an independent film. (They had limited funding for the movie.) But yeah, I think it would have been way better done as zombies. If you get a chance, I have a girlfriend of mine who was in a spoof of Twlight.
